Program Objective - RNIP

Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) program is a community-driven program that allows foreign nationals to obtain a job offer to fill labor gaps in Rural and Northern areas of Canada. The program is designed to support economic development in smaller communities by creating a pathway to permanent residence and citizenship for foreign nationals who want to work and live in any one of the participating communities.

Program Eligibility

  • Work Experience Requirements
    • At least one year
  • Job Offer Requirements
    • Yes, a valid job offer is required
  • Education Requirements
    • Canadian high school diploma or equivalent
  • Language Requirements
    • CLB 4 to CLB 6
  • Funds or Investment Requirements
    • Must maintain sufficient settlement funds as required by the program.
