Install insulation materials, such as fiberglass, foam, or cellulose, in walls, attics, and crawl spaces following established guidelines and safety procedures.
Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas using appropriate tools and equipment.
Seal gaps, cracks, and air leaks to prevent heat loss or gain using caulking, foam, or other sealing materials.
Install vapor barriers or moisture control measures to prevent condensation and moisture related issues.
Perform insulation removal when necessary, ensuring the proper disposal of old or damaged insulation materials.
Collaborate with contractors and homeowners to assess insulation needs and recommend appropriate insulation types and methods.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools, equipment, and materials are properly stored and maintained.
